Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact me before returning it at firstname.lastname@example.org Exchanges and returns should be mailed back within 30 days of delivery.
Need a different size? No problemo. Email me with your desired size at email@example.com, and we'll make arrangements.
Ususally, I'll mail your new size once I receive your old one. For U.S. orders, you cover cost of return shipping, and I pay to re-ship your requested exchange size. Ex: You pay to send me your large shirt that is too big, and I pay to send back a medium shirt.
Buyer pays return shipping cost unless return is due to item flaw, or item being damaged upon delivery. A total order refund or an item replacement (buyer's choice) will be offered for flawed or damaged items. Refund or replacement is issued upon receiving returned items. Items must be returned in original condition. Items that have been washed, smell strongly (smoke, pet odor, etc.) or are stained and are therefore unsellable, will not be accepted.
International orders can be returned for an item refund or replacement only if the return is due to item flaw, or item being damaged upon delivery. Lost or Delayed International Packages
If you think your package is lost, please allow up to 6 weeks before filing a claim. On a rare occasion, a package will get delayed in customs and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Make sure you're familiar with your country's customs policies. In the case of a lost package, I will assume the loss of merchandise but ask you for additional payment to re-ship your item. Or, I can simply refund you for the product cost, and not re-send. International shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
